MODERN EUROPEAN SUPPER CLUB @ Themis in Pennyhill Park – Thursday 1st February 2018: 6.30pm for a 7pm dinner

 

The evening includes talks from two inspiring wellness speakers, offering their advice on living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Welcome cocktail: Pear Martini

Trio of Starters: Broad bean and mint dip / Kale and cashew nut pesto on chicory leaf boats / Mediterranean tomato and herb terrine, with herbs from the Pennyhill kitchen garden – all served with flaxseed crackers and sweet potato thins (dairy, wheat & gluten free)

Amuse Bouche: Cauliflower & roasted black garlic soup cups (dairy, wheat & gluten free) 

Main Course: Chickpea pancake with grilled seasonal vegetables, pine nuts and organic apricots and figs, served with either sea trout or aubergine steaks (for vegetarians) – served with a side of tenderstem broccoli with flaked almonds (dairy, wheat & gluten free)

Dessert: Nectarine, pistachio nut and polenta cake with berry compote, Coyo ice cream and a drizzle of tahini  (dairy, wheat, gluten & refined sugar free)

 

Tickets are priced at £90 (£75 for Spa Members), and include complementary spa access from 4pm that afternoon
